Where are you located? Do you have a shop that people can visit?I am located on the West side of Evansville Indiana and work out of my home/garage. If someone wanted to view a piece before purchasing or ordering, they can visit upon request

How do I care for my new cutting or charcuterie board?With every purchase I provide a tin of a mineral oil and beeswax mixture. This wax can be used to clean and treat the board every 7-8 times it is used. Typically, a damp cloth or paper towel is sufficient enough to clean the board after being used. Is it okay to cut on the charcuterie boards?It is highly recommended you do not cut food on your charcuterie boards, especially the standard charcuterie boards. This will cause scoring and lines on these boards that can be a sore sight. I would recommend cutting your food on a cutting board before serving on the charcuterie board

Can I purchase additional tins of beeswax?Yes! I offer additional tins of beeswax for $5 each

What does the ordering process look like for a customized order?When ordering a product that's customized (CNC engraving, laser engraving, custom size), select the feature you need when ordering the product. Once I have received the order, I will reach out to get details on the customizations you need. An example would be having your last name laser engraved on a cutting board. I will provide you with different fonts to choose from and verify the location you want it on the board

How long does it take to receive a quote?Once I have all the information needed to generate a quote, expect 1-2 days before receiving a final estimate

How long will it take to fulfill my order?The lead time on some products vary from others, and it is also very dependent on how many other orders I currently have. Upon receiving an order, I will let you know how soon you can expect it. Typically when readily available, lead times are the following: Charcuterie and cutting boards: 10-14 days Epoxy Resin Boards: 14-20 days Epoxy Resin Tables: 6-8 weeks Dining Tables: 6-8 weeks

How does shipping and delivery work?I offer a set fee for shipping dependent on the size of the product. I typically ship through USPS, but may also use UPS for larger items. If a larger product such as coffee or dining table is ordered, I am more than happy to deliver it to you if within a hour's drive of Evansville. For those in the Chicagoland area, we can set up hand delivery or pickup around the time that I am home visiting family to avoid additional shipping costs

Do you offer pickup for purchases?Yes, you are more than welcome to come pickup your purchase after it's completed
WHOLESALE INQUIRIES
Currently, our business does not have any products available in physical stores, but we are open to exploring partnership opportunities for local placements, ideally within Evansville. We are flexible regarding payments or percentages of sales, and we can negotiate terms to effectively supplement space utilized in your store.
