How We Bring Your Vision to Life: Our Custom Process

 

Whether you have a precise blueprint or just a loose idea, we handle the design, material sourcing, and fabrication entirely in-house.

 

Step 1: Design & Sourcing

• Got a design in mind? Send us a photo along with your target sizes and dimensions to kick things off.

• Want a completely unique piece? We will sketch out ideas or create a custom 3D model, refining it together until it matches your exact vision.

• Select Your Timber: Next, we will pick your wood species. If you aren't sure which wood type fits your space, no problem! We can easily provide quotes across multiple wood species

 

Step 2: Securing Your Build

• Deposit & Sourcing: Once we lock down your design, wood species, and estimated timeline, we will send an invoice for a 50% down payment.

• Materials & Allocation: This deposit secures your spot on our build schedule and funds the immediate purchasing of your raw lumber, specialized hardware, or premium epoxy resins.

  • Note: Fine details like stain colors and final finish types can be locked in right away or finalized later during the build.

 

Step 3: The Handcrafted Build

• Artisanal Fabrication: We get to work in the shop milling, assembling, and detailing your project.

• Frequent Progress Status: We believe in complete transparency. We will frequently send you status updates and photos of your project as it moves through each phase of the build.

• Timeline Transparency: Custom woodwork can be dynamic, so we keep a close eye on schedules. If there are any updates or shifts in your project's estimated timeline, we will communicate those changes to you immediately.

 

Step 4: Final Payout & Delivery

• Completion: Once your project is completely wrapped up, polished, and packed, we will collect the remaining 50% balance.

• Logistics: We will then coordinate your secure shipment or schedule a convenient pickup time if you selected Evansville Local Pickup!
